Terms of Service GO FREEDOM RENTAL

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history. Additional documentation may be required based on vehicle type or rental duration.

International drivers are required to present a valid International Driver’s License along with their passport at the time of booking.

Please note: Different insurance charges apply for drivers under 25 years old, and some vehicles may not be available to younger drivers depending on insurance requirements.

2. Booking & Payment

• - All bookings require valid ID and upfront payment (credit/debit card).
• - Weekly and monthly rates are calculated in advance.
• - A minimum rental period of 7 days applies to all bookings.
• - A bond/security deposit may be required for each rental.
• - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and required documents.

3. Vehicle Use

• - Vehicles are to be used lawfully and responsibly.
• - No off-road use, racing, or illegal activities permitted.
• - You are responsible for all tolls, fines, and traffic violations during the rental period.
• - Smoking and transporting pets inside the vehicle is not allowed unless explicitly authorized.

4. Insurance & Damage

• - All vehicles include basic third-party insurance. Comprehensive coverage may be offered at an extra cost.
• - You are responsible for any uninsured damage, excess fees, or negligent use.
• - Insurance coverage and excess may vary depending on driver age and selected vehicle.
• - Smoking and transporting pets inside the vehicle is not allowed unless explicitly authorized.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• - Bookings cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice are eligible for a refund (minus an admin fee).
• - No refund for early returns, late pickups, or no-shows.
• - Modifications to bookings must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.

6. Returns & Late Fees

• - Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition as rented.
• - Late returns incur extra daily charges unless previously arranged.
• - Cleaning and refueling fees may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or without a full tank (if applicable).

7. Limitation of Liability

GO FREEDOM RENTAL is not liable for indirect losses, such as missed flights, business interruptions, or personal inconvenience due to vehicle issues, unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of updated terms.
